How to draw a chart on dash board combined of two filters?

Hanan Nagy August 19, 2019

Hi every body,

I want to have a chart for every sprint on Jira dash board that include Internal and External bugs.

means that I have two saved filters one retrieves Internal bugs logged by my group and the other filter retrieves bugs logged by other group members.

I need to have one chart include both filters as a bar chart for every sprint.

Hi @Hanan Nagy - You can reference other filters in a filter. so that you get the results of both in one filter.

filter = "My Saved Filter" or filter = "My Other Saved Filter"

Does that get you what you need?

first, thanks for your answer

Now, I made one filter that include both filters, could you recommend me a type of

"gadget" to be selected to draw my filter as a chart properly

Jira doesn't have customizable bar chart gadgets.  The ones it has are specific to certain needs.  You could use the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget and make sprints be one dimension and the groups be the other dimension.  It's not a chart but it does seem like it reports what you want.

If you are on Jira Server than you could checkout the free Barcharts for Jira app that looks like it will fit your need.
