We are using scriptrunner listener and it won't show the log. We're wondering that our Jira system has disabled the log at somewhere. Our test environment showed log with the same configuration of listener. So is there anyone who can help to figure out if there's any way to disable the log?
Hi @Jason Liu ,
Do you see logs produce on the server back end? In script runner, you can actually view the logs via the built-in scripts.
Thanks,
Ben
We didn't try server back end yet. But it's triggered by a certain issue execute so the logs can not be viewed via built-in scripts.

You will need to read the application log - SR logs there when running, even when it doesn't log stuff you can find in the UI. If you can't find a SR error in the application logs, that tells us the script is not being run.
