Hello @Karthick

Thanks for reaching out to the community.

You can refer to below steps and let us know if that works.

Step 1: Locate the Field

  1. Open an issue within your project.
  2. Click on the ··· menu and select Find your field.
  3. Search for the "istriaged" field to check its current status.

This will provide you with a table displaying the field’s status and any admin-related settings that might be affecting its visibility.

Step 2: Modify Field Configuration

  1. Navigate to the Issues section in your project settings.
  2. Under the Fields section, select Field configurations.
  3. Click Configure next to the field configuration associated with your project.
  4. Locate the "istriaged" field in the list. If it is marked as hidden, click Show to make it visible on all associated screens.

Note: You need to be a product admin for Jira to be able to make changes to Field Configuration.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey @Karthick

Thanks for writing back.

To implement the changes mentioned above, you need to be a Product Admin. Please reach out to the Product Admin for your site.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Since you are not the Product admin, you won't have access to the user management tab. I recommend reaching out to someone in your organization who manages Jira; they should be able to assist you with this.
