I have administrator privilege for a project and when try to filter using "istriaged" field for issues. It shows disabled hence unable to get the filter. Please let me know how we can enable it?

Step 2: Modify Field Configuration
Note: You need to be a product admin for Jira to be able to make changes to Field Configuration.

Since you are not the Product admin, you won't have access to the user management tab. I recommend reaching out to someone in your organization who manages Jira; they should be able to assist you with this.
