Hi Support Team,
I have been working on JIRA on a license, creating and managing JIRA boards on that. We have a concern if there is a way to export all Jira boards we have into a different license?
Actually, the same question for Confluence because we would like to move/ export all items/ pages created on Confluence registered on the current license to another one.
Please help,
Thanks,
Le Do
Hello @Do Hai Le
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Per your description, I understand you are using Jira and Confluence in Cloud and would like to know how you can migrate Jira Boards and Confluence pages from one site to another. Is that correct?
If I properly understood your question, Jira and Confluence do not have the functionality to migrate single boards or single pages to different sites. in fact, this is how the migration process works for both applications:
For Confluence Cloud:
You must export each space you have from one site to another. If you already have an existing space with the same name in the destination site, the existing space will not be overwritten, however, the export will fail. You can check more details about this process in the documentation below:
Import a Confluence Cloud space
For Jira Cloud:
You can migrate the whole site content to another one, however, it will overwrite all the existing data from the destination site. That being said, you have the following options:
