How to extract custom fileds data from JIRA?

Although we can export the custom fields data in .csv format, but is there any other way to extract custom fields data through automation, may be using REST API or Using JIRA connector in Azure Data Factory?

You could search for the issues using JIRA Rest API and specify that you want all field as described here.

I am unfamiliar with the connector to Azure unfortunately so I can't provide information on this.
