How to find issues that have been moved from one project to another by "Particular Person"

I want to get a list or JQL query for finding the issues which have been moved from one project to another By some Particular person, So I need it Person wise, Like Moved By. 

I already have a filter for Moved to, I need for Moved By

Hi Jeet

I hadn't realised you were on the Server version - my Jira doen't support the 'moved issue' query, so I don't think I'll be able to help here.
