How to find out which plug-in is causing indexing failures?

When we get error like " We cant create the ticket right now...." error, generally it is due to the indexing error, which arises from plug-in issue, how to find out which plug-in is responsible for indexing failure.

There is no way to do this on Cloud.  You'd need to read the log files, which you cannot get to on Cloud.

Hi Nic,

You are right , i was asking in relation to the jira server, i accidently selected cloud software.
