Hello again today :)
I have following problem.
Sometimes some people in our organization change their roles and from that moment they shouldn't have an access to specific projects in Jira. But what if we have a lot of projects and I don't want search in every project manually what is the role for that person. Can I use any tool for that? I only need to know if there are some projects with role assigned to mentioned person.
Thanks for any help.
I'm not sure if Cloud works this way, but in Server I can go into User Management and find a user, and on his/her profile page is a View Project Roles link that shows all projects the user has access to and his/her role.
Many thanks for that tip :) Maybe you can help me with last thing attached to that problem. What about finding some people in any permission scheme where they have granted permission for Single User? It's so annoying when I have a lot of different permission schemes.

The only idea I have here is to define roles or groups in Jira that mirror your company roles and maintain people in those roles/groups. Then use the roles/groups diligently in your permission schemes. This allows you to update the role/group when a person changes.
