How to gather reports from custom fields (client name) and logged work?

We've added a new text custom property for client name to our JIRA, and now the "men-above" is asking for the report of such entry together with the working hours logged per client ...

As a newbie in JIRA, how can I generate a monthly report with such data?

Can you please provide us which application are you using? is it JIRA Software, JIRA Core or JIRA Service Desk?

There are some options that you can try for the application above, however, we will need more context to better understand what is the real target that you are trying to achieve with JIRA.

Can you please give us more information about it? Are you trying to manage a development process? Or you are working with a business management or even a Service Desk portal?

As a developer, I tweaked a bit to give me custom fields as well and I now can easily report back to our CEO.
