Hey I have created an automation rule for specific Project. When an issue is moved to a specific status on the Kamban board there are few sub-task I´m generating by default to that task. The problem is I want to have checklists to generate with each sub-task by so far been unable to succeed.
I have been trying both to use Issue Checklist for Jira. Pro and also Simple Tasklist Cloud.
It is very straightforward with the Issue Checklist Pro.
Please take a look at the following docs: https://herocoders.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IC/pages/1222967297/Replace+checklist+items+on+issue+transition
Please also remember to enable custom fields sync: https://herocoders.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IC/pages/907542582/Enable+disable+custom+fields+integration
Let us know if it helps.
Cheers,
Jack
ok thanks
I managed to get this working but when I have the sub-tasks created and the task list appears it´s both appearing as checklist text as well as Checklist. How do I clear out the Checklist text so it only shows the checklist

You can hide the Checklist Text from the view. It does not have to be visible.

can I put it as a rule so I don´t have to do it with each task like it´s appearing now?

Yes, you can hide the field from the issue screen in Jira screen configuration for entire project.
Here is some clue: https://herocoders.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IC/pages/1215266832/Hide+custom+field+from+Issue+View+page
