I am reaching out for your insight about seeing user history. I wanted to ask if it is possible to see the user history when a person received Site Admin access. If so how? 

Tried the Audit log but that is not that much useful, I need to know when the user was created, who created it, when added/Removed from the group Etc..

Currently that information is not available in the audit log. You may want to join the waitlist for a new Point A product called Beacon, it is a threat detection tool that will notify you when someone is added as a site admin. Also take a look at this announcement here on the Community about it.
