Welcome to the community.

Please note that your question concerns Confluence, but you have posted it in the community for Jira. In the future, if you have questions about Confluence you will get more relevant responses if you post them in the Confluence community.

Regarding getting access to your specific Confluence system, you will need to contact the administrators for that system. This website is a community of users of the Atlassian products. We are not administrators of your company's instance, and so cannot grant access to it to users.

If you are unsure who to contact, I recommend the following options:

1. Contact the person who told you how to access Confluence when you were hired.

2. Contact your manager or the manager of the new person.

3. Contact your company's IT department.
