Is that for the Xray Test Management addon for Jira, or some other addon app? If so, I suggest contacting the vendor for support.

I would ask your Jira site admin, as they may find that information in the materials from when your company purchased the app. Your admin might also find it listed under the site admin settings for the app. I do not use that app so I cannot check that.
