How to get total number of User stories linked to epic in JIRA and total number of test cases and defects from Zephyr linked to same epic.

We are maintaining Epic - > User stories in JIRA and test cases and defects in Zephyr. Test case from Zephyr are linked to Epic in JIRA. How can I fetch a report which will give me total number and description of User stories linked to Epic and total number and description of test cases and defects from Zephyr linked to same Epic in JIRA.

Thanks Bibek for response. It solves my half problem. Is there any way we can have linking between JIRA and Zephyr.

It is possible to get reports with respect to test cases and defects linked to Epic using the Tractability feature. Please explore the same and let us know if you have any further questions.
