How to give 1 group the rights to delete (their own) US?

Our tester created a lot of PBI's, some of which are no good (for example, it is double)

So, our tester wants to be able to delete (her own created) user stories.

How can I provide this to her?

I already have a group "tester"

Does the reporter option work for you in the "Delete Issue" permission?

I don't know what you mean.

I don't even know where to change the permissions. It seems to be replaced since a few months/weeks ago...

I was able to give the tester admin access, but I prefer not to do this.
