I have created external user permission rights and the projects and issues are not visible, but all filter and dashboard names are visible

How to hide them?

HI Martin,

You will also need to apply permissions to the Filters and the Dashbaords.

Click on Edit for the Dashboard,

Then click the 3 dots next to the Done button.

Then choose Rename and share

So I have to go over all 200 dashboards one by one?

How to set the default dashboard visibility to certain group?

You can't set a default. You can copy one, but I am not sure that would even keep the permissions. You will need to do existing ones manually one by one.
