hello,

I explain my actions;

1°) i export from my first base attachments and CSV file

2°) On my new base, I import attachments

3°) On my new base, i import my CSV files

==> all was OK. I had my issues. Attachments were on my issues. But there were some mistakes

4°) I deleted the project on my new base

5°) i make modifications on my CSV Files and I import on my new database

==> Issues was imported but there were no attachments

I try some operations but if my Issues were on my new database, there is no attachments on my Issues.

The only solution i found is : one by one issue, i download attachments from my first data base and i added them on my new database one by one

Hello Aurelie,

You can find the solution in the atlassian import csv documentation:

This is the text that describes what you need:

"...
Note that the URLs of the attachments are compatible with the HTTP and HTTPS protocols and can be located anywhere your Jira Cloud site can access.

 ..."

the url of documentation is: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/importing-data-from-csv-776636762.html

hello, I need to have the url. So how can I find the url of my attchament when there areimported in the could ?

Hello,

the url of your attachments is not accesible in cloud. It's a cloud limitation:

  • No file or database access - Direct access to the database and file system is not allowed.

Only you can access to it by the issue imported.

So how can  i link them ?

In my csv  file i have 483 issues.

I have 100 attachments.

All are on the cloud . But i don't find how To link them .

When i try To delete issues and reimport . No link between them .

Do you have an idea To solve this problem ?

Thé first time it worked fine. But i needed To rebegin.

I'm not sure what you want.
When you import the csv, the attachments will be included in the issues, only if they are accessible from the cloud in the import process. If not, I'm not sure if JIRA advises you about the import problem.
Once imported the files are accessible only from the issues.

Sorry I can not help you anymore. If you have problems with your cloud, I would open an atlassian support ticket to verify the problem.

Greetings.
