How to include WYSIWYG into Kanban issues edition mode

Hi There!

Currently my tickets into a scrum project are able to custom the font style when editing an issue. However, I cannot see the same behavior for tickets/issues into a Kanban project. Why does it happen? Is there any configuration I need to include?

In this scenario I'm not able to use the jira macros either

Thanks in advance!

Thanks in advance!

That sounds strange.  I am not sure what would be different between these two projects types that could effect this.

This is the problem for all Kanban projects? or just this one?

What happens if you create a new test kanban project with sample data?  Does this have the same problem?

Is this Jira Cloud or Jira Server?

If Jira Server, please let us know what version of Jira this is.   There were changes made to incorporate the Rich Text Editor for Jira plugin into all versions of Jira since 7.2.0.

Yes, that's strange... Is on Jira Cloud. That happens only if you create a project as a kanban board, it remains the same even if you create a new scrum board after that into the same project. When creating a new project as scrum first, it allows font styling and macros.
