How to integrate ITOP on JIRA?

Hi,

In my company we would like to integrate ITOP. The purpose is to track bugs, incident with JIRA tickets.

Does anyone has an experience ?

You could integrate both environments over the REST API. As long as they are loosley coupled, I don't see why an integration should be more than 100 lines in any language. I would suggest JRJC for jira and use cross-site scripting directly in ITOP to automate jira functions from ITOP.
