Welcome to the community.
Tempo provides a few "apps" (or "add-ons") that you can add to your Jira instance. A Jira Administrator has permission to add apps to the instance. There will be a charge per licensed Jira user for the app.
If that doesn't address your question can you ask a more specific question? Also, please tell us if you are using Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center.

Can you provide more details about your question? What problem are you trying to solve?
Are you asking how to get a an add-on installed on your instance?
Are you asking about how to use a specific Tempo add-on that is already installed on your instance?

Thank you for all the information.
We are interested in Tempo Timesheet, Tempo Planner, Cost Tracker with Tempo products. But I wanted to know the following
1. Can we get assistance integrating/setting it up with Jira (Roles, Permissions etc). So that we can function without hassles
2. Is there someone we can reach out to, in case we have issues (how to reach customer service/ customer service representative details if any), as when preparing invoices or reports if we have any issues.

For the benefit of others....
@Tejal Savla and I talked off-line. She was specifically looking for integration between a particular, commercially available, HR System, and Tempo TImesheets. Alternatively, integration with some other HR system.
We discovered that there are no commercially available integrations with these types of systems (that we know of).
However, we also learned many Tempo customers integrate Tempo products with their HR systems through the Tempo APIs.
I shared an example of a customer integrating BambooHR with Tempo from the Tempo blog series.
