using couple of add-on since a long time. I would like to know the number of users using actively using the add on?
Since add-ons can have very different functions there is no universal feature or way to determine the usage of Jira add-ons.
Maybe you can tell us what add-ons you've currently got installed.
Cheers
Niklas
Hi Niklas,
Thanks for your reply,
We have the below list of add on currently installed
Adaptavist ScriptRunner for JIRA
Jira Misc Workflow Extensions
JSU - Jira Suite Utilities
Git Integration for Jira
Tempo Timesheets
Thanks!

You will not find out a number of users and it will be some work to find out if the add-ons are used.
* Jira Misc Workflow Extensions and JSU add additional workflow functions to Jira. To find out if they are used you must go through your Workflows and look for functions of the add-on.
A more unprofessional approach would be disabling these Add-ons ad wait for the first user to complain. ;)
* Tempo Timesheets is relatively easy, open the Tmesheets part of Jira and look if there are Timesheets and who fills them. ;)
* Scriptrunner is more complicated since it adds many features.
I never used the Git Integration for Jira add-on, so sorry, no Idea. Maybe regarding this topic other Community members can give some input. :)
Maybe it is best to do a survey with your users.
Cheers
Niklas

In order to get insights regarding the usage of workflow apps llike JMWE or JSU you could check the Workflow analysis report provided by Admin Toolbox for Jira. You can validate app usage in conditions, validators and post functions and even display errors in the workflow configuration, for instance referencing deleted custom fields or statuses.

Thorsten
