How to know when a tasks move into or out of a sprint(the active sprint)

Is there a way of seeing all the tasks that move out or into a sprint or the active sprint?

At the start of a sprint we agree a scope and i would like to be able to vis at any point the changes to the agreed scope

Have you checked the Burndown chart report? It shows issues completed, issues added and issues removed from sprint. You can view this info on the chart or in the table below the chart.
