How to limit client access to create & view only specific projects

HI,

How do i do the following :

- for client to be able to log issues in JIRA

- Limit the client to be able to view only issues for their projects ( I noticed in JIRA that if they new the JIRA number or just paste the URL of a specific JIRA, they can view the issues not related to them.

Issue security levels are created within issue security schemes and let you control which user or group of users can view an issue.

I tried the steps as per the URL link you provided. BUt still , the user I created still managed to view other projects..very frustrating
