How to lock "time remaining" field in Time tracking.

Hello.

Please advise how can I lock the "time remaining" field in Time tracking!!!

Usually, when you add hours to the "time spent"  the "time remaining" calculates automatically (Original estimate-Time spent=Time remaining)

This works fine unless somebody cleans or manually corrects the field "Time remaining" when tracking time spent... When this happens appears a yellow strip and starting mess, especially with a big amount of time.

To avoid this issue and not to investigate who did this on the project, I'd like just to lock the field "Time remaining".

This can't be done.  Time remaining is not really a field in its own right, it is part of the time-tracking field.  You can't stop people changing it without stopping people changing the other fields that are part of the time tracking as well.

I have another related question about the Tracking time topic. 

When we change "Original estimate" (and we have some already logged time), "Time remaining" doesn't calculate automatically (considering the new "Original estimation" number). So I have to calculate manually the "time Remaining" is it correct behavior, or it's a bug?

That's right - the original estimate is supposed to remain the original, and time remaining is supposed to be measured against the original estimate.
