How to make a script fragment take input from another fragment ?

Hi, Can I please get some help on how to create a scriptment fragment on the Jira top menu which can take 3 input values like, Start date, End Date & Message.

Then I have a second script fragment, which must take in this values from the first one and based on this date value must provide an announcement during those dates.

I am not that familiar with script fragments. Could you customize a screenshot a bit to show what you want to achieve ?

Actually, I scraped off this solution & implementing it a different way. But having some problems there as well. But I will post the code & everything in the below question. At this point, I would take ANY HELP ;(
