Hello, I've been trying to make it so when I add an attachment to a Hubspot ticket asociated with a Jira issue, for that attachment to appear in the issue so the support team can see it.
And since we're at it, is there a way to make it so issues created automatically in a workflow sync notes and comments with their tickets automatically by default?
I'm experiencing this as well. Were you able to get the attachments in Hubspot to flow into Jira?
