How to make automatization with asset

Hello, maybe someone can help with automate Asset object with user? I mean when create in portal issue, when user click object automatically get signed Agent which working with that asset group, there is many different people. How make that object choose which Agent need to sign to.

Okay i will try :D 

We have portal where customer registers any incident or request. But if you want completed that form. You need select   one of the systems

And then you select system, you need click Send.


I want when they click Send this form, this form automatically sign to person who working with this system, but there is many different Agent which resolving problem
