How to make query for not allowing the addition of duplicated issues in Jira

I want to make the automation for not allowing to add duplicated tasks in Jira,any one can help

Hi @Fahad Mubarik 

Automation can check post-creation for duplicate issues or field values - then take action (eg. close the duplicate, delete it, etc).

What parameters dictate if an issue is a duplicate?

And what would you like to happen to the duplicate once identified?

i want to delete the duplicate  or let say dont want to allow the addition of duplicate issues,
