How to make visible User Story which is available in the board but not visible in current Sprint

I am using Jira as non-admin user, 

I update a task from TO DO to IN PROGRESS. But this task is not showing in current sprint 0 (ACTIVE SPRINT) but I can search and see it available in the project board and It is included in Sprint as well.

I dont know what exactly happened. But I guess it is due to change of, the workflow of in the middle of sprint. 

Do you have idea on what is the cause. of above issue and how to make the task visible in the ACTIVE SPRINT again?

If you change the workflow you have to make sure that any new status is also mapped to the board columns. If you have board admin access, go to Board settings > Columns and make sure all statuses are mapped.

Hi @Nham Thanh Tung,

If you mention a workflow change, it does happen that a new status is not mapped to a column on the board.

A board administrator can verify and fix this by navigating to the board settings. On the columns tab, unmapped statuses can be dragged to a column on the board to make them appear on the board (again).
