How to manage Zephyr Scale subscription?

I need the Zephyr Scale subscription for only some members of my team, yet by default it is available to all the Jira users.

By the Atlassian’s licensing policy, to purchase any App – you will have to match the Jira license count and hence will have to buy it for all the users irrespective to the adoption.

However, you can always look for more economic option with better value offering in the Test Management space. QTM4J (QMetry Test Management for Jira) offers Enterprise grade Test Management inside of Jira at most economic pricing.
