I am wondering if anyone knows or has any possible solutions on how to be able to manage attachments on the cloud based platform? For example if you have an attachment approved is there a way to eliminate all other attachments from that Ticket because there are so many attachments at times and you have to open all of them and you still don't know which one your team wanted. Any help is greatly appreciated

We use an add-on called Cloud Files. It's super helpful and they provide great support. We have it connected to an S3 bucket in AWS. It allows a lot of functionality at a good price, folders, sorting, larger file sizes, etc.

Can you describe a little more what you mean? I am not sure I am understanding the question.
Attachments are done by issue. But there is the capability to add folders for the issue. So we often create an Older Files or Old Stuff folder that previous versions go into. That way only the main section has the latest files. You can sort by name or size or date.
