How we can manage recursive issues on JIRA? How they will be managed on the BOARD and how they will be generated after a specific period of time like daily, once a week, and once a month? What is the best way to manage such recursive issues?

Yes, as the board only contains the recursive tasks so all the task that will be in done need to be created again.
