How to manage test plan with product version

Hello, I'm the user of Test management plug-in in Jira.

I wonder how to manage the test plan with the product version.

Basically as the product version goes higher, the test case and plan can be added or deleted. It means that each product version shall have its own test plan and case.

For example,

Version 1.0

TCE: #1, #2, #3

Version 2.0

TCE: #1, #2, #3, #4

we have to know which test case is belonged to which product version.

My question is like below.

1. What if the user export the test report by product version?

 The filter we have is "RTM Environment", "TCE Create date". 

2. How to duplicate all the TCE(test case)?

I think the above way "duplicating TCE" is very inefficient, Is there any way to manage the test case version by version efficiently?

Which test management app are you using, specifically?

Are you using Jira Server/Data Center or Jira Cloud?
