How to migrate third party vendor app data to jira cloud from jira server

Hi,
In the company which I'm working, we're planned for jira cloud migration using jira migration assistant. We're using Timesheet Reports and Gadjets in jira server, how can we migrate the data from this app from jira server to jira cloud using jira migration assistant?
