How to move transition back to previous status in Jira ?

  • I have one status ACR with global transition.
  • How can i move back from the status ACR to all other status 
  • By using script or some other method how to achieve this?

Hi @Prasad Nagarale you can go for bulk update of your issues.

Go for advanced search -> bulk update -> select the issues - > select operation(Transition issues)

Complete this process by clicking next.

So, you can move your issue to any status which is available in your workflow.

By using script or By using Add- on I want to achieve this  in Workflow.

@Prasad Nagarale  we've option of Automation rules in jira that can be used here. 

You can find it system > Automation rules > Create rule

You can create a new rule according to your condition and define the automatic transition.

@Prasad Nagarale  hii

there is not any different with the case that ACR does not have a global transition. So from ACR to other statuses that you want to have transition(here previous status) make a transition. After that, you can manually transit your issues from ACR to your desire statuses that have a transition. you don't need any script or other method. If you don't have a transition between your statuses, you can't transit your issue.

By using some Addon we can achieve this but i am not getting how to use it
