How to open the JIRA CONFIGURATION TOOL

Hi Team,

I have confusion how to open the JIRA configuration after installed the JIRA server . I went to bin directory in JIRA INSTALLATION directory .

After that i tried to run the config.bat in command Prompt it was saying like "The system cannot find the specified path "

Could you help me the way how to open the JIRa configuration tool .

Hi Venu,

Can you let us know what your JAVA_HOME path is? Please provide the full path, as it seems other users with this problem had something wrong with the way they had their path set.

For example:

• Config bat gets class not found error
• "The system cannot find the path specified." when running bat file.
