There is no order in Epic, but orders within an Epic in Backlog of Scrum projects mean their priority.
Hum... But there is order in epic, you cannot directly change task order in the roadmap, but by selecting the epic you can change order of the child tasks in the right panel.

You can change the order of the issues by selecting the epic and dragging/dropping the sub items in the right panel.
It is also possible to reorder the issues in the backlog (you can also show all the epics and filter by them when selecting "Epic Panel" in the "Epic" filter).
