How to prevent issue being transitioned

Hi,

I have created Jira Sprint project with custom workflow, but I can not set condition to my team need.

The rule is when I want to restrict users to move the issue to next flow when the issue does not mentioned in Confluence.

How can I do that?

A Condition would be the best way to do this, but I think you'll need one of the more advanced scripting apps - I think you need to do some coding around the "does it have a mention in Confluence"

When I look at the condition page, there is no coding option that I can choose. Is there any other way that maybe I can do the code stuff?

You will need to look at the various scripting apps, to add scripting/coding conditions.
