Hi all,
I want to add a restriction to avoid an issue be reopened after certain date. That's say, if an issue was closed more than X months, then it cannot be re-opened. The problems is that I cannot find the issue close date field in the conditions or validators. Do you know where I can find this field or how to set this restriction?
Thanks.
What Condition and Validator options do you have at your disposal?
Hi Trudy,
I have "Compare two values", "Date compare validator" and "Dare window validator" that related to "Date" in Validator. But no one has a "closed date" field.

Hi @James Chen
Have you tried using the Resolved date/time field in your validator?
Kind regards,
Bill

Hi Bill, I’ve tried. But I found that the resolved date is not equal to the closed date…for example, sometimes the issue is resolved (or verified) but it is not closed until a few days later, so it it not accurate to use resolved date in these cases…

I am not familiar with the Closed field. Is that a custom field your team has added, a status in your workflow, or something else?

That is a status in our workflow. When issue is verified and go live, we can change the status to "close" this issue.
