How to remove default current user from reporter field

Does anyone know how to clear the current logged in user display from "Reporter" field ?

There is a permission named, 'Manage Reporter'. Users having this permission only can change the Reporter field. Also, ensure that 'Reporter' field is added on the 'Edit' screen, in order to change the Reporter.

@Milan Chheda [INFOSYSTA]Actually I have the field on screen and users are able to edit it. On Create screen 'report' field loading with default with logged in user. We needs to keep that field empty so that users will choose actual reporter. They are missing that field and creating the request with their user. If we make that field empty then users will choose the right person.

Reporter is mandatory field. You can give 'Modify Reporter' permission to respective users/roles/groups, who are creating requests, and then they would be able to modify the 'Reporter' field on creating/editing the request.
