Hi all,
We are new to R4J plugins Requirement.
We have loaded more than 2 projects in the Requirement folder. For each project we are having the subfolders as User need, FPS and Design.
Within these each folder we are populating the issues(jiras) either in another sub folder or by directly. Once added we cant remove from this folder.
Is there any way to remove the issues from the folder?. If we use the command 'Remove' that by right clicking on the issues it removes the issue from folder for few minutes then it gets adding again.
Hello @[deleted] ,
I´m Bernhard from Ease Solutions, the vendor of R4J. Thanks for this great question.
I guess you accidently created a schedule for your folder. This would add all issues not in the tree back to the folder. You can verify the scheduler via Requirements > Scheduled adding of issues. There you should find an rule entry for the current project with add issues to the folder on a certain interval. Simple delete the rule. Please see also our documentation for this feature.
If this does not help, please contact our friendly support team to help you further.
Best Regards, Bernhard
Thanks @Bernhard Doleschel (Ease Solutions) ,
Noted your answer. I tried the same as suggested by you created a new rule with the select source as option 1 (Add all the issues from this product that have not been added to tree yet)
Executed the rule. Now the folder got updated with all the issues.
Now we delete the rule, but still the folder didn't removed the issues that it added previously.
Please review and provide your suggestions
Thanks in advance!!
Thanks,
Savithri
