The reason of ask is I had performed a server to cloud site import. On moving to media import, the media file (less than 3GB) was taking hours to process. I had to close the session. However, seems like the process is still running in the background and there is no way to identify the running job. Or is there?
Is there a quicker way to reboot the cloud JIRA site?
With that, are there any ways to identify, monitor & probably kill long running tasks which requires attention?
Many Thanks
Connected with Atlassian and support assisted in increasing the database connections. This resolved the frequent connectivity errors.
There is no means of restarting a cloud instance and I'm unsure how that would help hear exactly. However, if you believe you are having issues with your cloud instance then you can reach out to Atlassian support directly.

The reason for restart is because i see below errors on the jira cloud site, every now and then:
1. Your jira site is experiencing high loads at the moment, try again later.
2.
3. Reason: DataAccessException: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericDataSourceException: Unable to establish a connection with the database. (PSQL_TOO_MANY_CONNECTIONS Exception already occurred in this workcontext, skipping next getConnection).
Thanks for your response. I have raised this issue with Atlassian, was thinking if there is a way to identify any long running tasks, if possible.
