How to see Board issue only in List View in Jira Software

Hi Experts,

Need your help in creating a list view which only issues which are in board.

Currently list view in Kanban board showing all the issues while Kanban board is showing only filtered issue. 

Is there a way to create a list view ?

Hi @Vikrant Yadav 

It doesn’t appear that the list view can be filtered directly by board.

However, you can go to the desired board → Board settings and copy its filter query. Then, use this query in the issue search (list view) to see all work items from that board.

Alternatively, you can save the query as a filter and reuse it anytime by accessing it from the Filters menu.

Hi @Vikrant Yadav 

You can save this filter and then share it with the required audience.

Once the filter is saved and shared, others can find it under Filters -> View all filters.
They can then mark it as a favorite (by clicking the ⭐ star icon) for quick access.

As per my understanding, currently it's not feasible to create a new list view. 
only option is to create a JQL filter.

I am using this JQL in board : project = "ABC" AND status IN ("Committed to Release", "In Progress", "Ready for Evaluation")

Board is showing these issues only.

While List view showing all the issues which are in Status "Closed" or "Done" or "Reject". 

Is there a way to create a filtered list view ?
