I find the easiest way to get the custom field is to update the custom field administration URL:
https://yoursitehere.atlassian.net/secure/admin/EditCustomField!default.jspa?id=10070
In this example, you'll be redirected to the administration of custom field with id 10070, so you'll see the custom field name. You just need to update 10070 with any id you'd like to look at.
