How to send the E-Mails to the project manager regarding the status update of any issue raised in Jira software?
For Example : If an customer raised a new issue in Jira how the manager will get the same update through mail ?

notification emails are sent to various users, groups and roles based upon the configuration here - project settings > notifications. You will need to be an admin to update these notifications. If you run into problems with notifications you might check here
To add to this, you would likely use the “issue created” action to notify the Project Lead (or make a custom role for your “Project manager”.
