How to set a description for system fields for specific one project

I'd like to add customized text as naming rules for issues in summary field, is there a way to achieve that?

Hi @Gary Richardson 

You can create a new Field Configuration and associate it with the project. On the Field configuration scheme, search for the desired field and edit it, it will show the description text box. provide the desired description and it will show up on the create screen.
