Hi Seetham,

You should always set your mandatory fields using the Field Configuration Scheme ofr the project in Jira.

Hope you are doing good. I am trying to create a bug in a specific project through Microsoft teams (please refer below image)

If you see field environment is mandatory, could you please help me how to add that field in create screen on MS teams.

Hey Raju,

If I remember right, you cannot create an issue from Microsoft Teams if you have a custom field that is mandatory in Jira. You cannot add the field in Teams. As a test, you can temporarily made that field not mandatory in Jira to see if it solves the problem.
