How to set time display in the reports and views in Jira/confluence

I am new to this product/Application, I am using Pivot table and chart tables, I display Time spent (logged time) original estimate and Remaining estimates in the report, it always displays week, day, hours and minutes depending on the value, my customer wants to display in hours only. Is there any way to do this setup

Similar in the dashboards I use rich filter and display time it also displays the long (w d h m) Please guide if there is any way I can set up 

even when we search issues/tasks in the view format in Jira or simple reports in Confluence

Please guide/help/advise

Thanks I think that require Global permissions, I have only the project level permissions and system admin people will hesitate to fulfil one request

Also it will help if a user can setup some properties  for that particular instance
