Are you sure your question is about Jira Cloud? You can not control the Jira indexing mechanism on Cloud.

Alright, I adapted your tags. Out of curiosity: why do you want to schedule this? Normally it is only necessary to run a reindex after configuration changes.
You could create a shell script to trigger the reindex via the REST API with a cron job. See Reindex Jira server using REST API via cURL command for an example.
