situation: sub-task creating window... there is a field X (with 1 option) if you select that option it should provide to show extra custom mandatory field with free text.
now the question is how to do it without script runner ?
if it can be made only by script runner then how ?

Unfortunately, out of the box you can't do it. Script runner/power scripts/dynamic forms are plugins that you can use.
